Camping pitches in summer
We do, of course, also offer simple tent pitches on the Saalach Meadow tent field. From each of the 200 pitches on site, you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
On the day of arrival your rented pitch is available from 12 noon at the latest and upon departure it must be vacated by 12 noon.
All prices are in euros per night (excluding local tax). General terms and conditions of Camping Grubhof apply.
The following are included in the nightly price:
- 2 guests
- 1 car with 1 caravan or tent, or 1 motorhome. 1 additional small tent for children permitted.
- 5 kWh electricity per night, each additional kWh € 0.90
- use of the XXL family bathrooms
- Environment levy
Additional guests, dogs* or extra vehicles are charged separately.

ANWB Camping Key Europe, ÖCC, CCA and Best Deal member cards are accepted in the period 30/04–18/05 and 03/10–03/11.
In the high season (July & August), the Saalachtaler SummerCard is included. Enjoy an array of discounts and free entry to countless attractions including free use of the cable cars in Lofer, entry to the outdoor pool in Lofer, free use of public transport in the district of Zell am See, the alpine adventure bus AlmErlebnisBus, the bus to Salzburg and so much more!

Our XXL winter pitches (approx. 180 m²) are along the paths Buchen-, Eiben-, Ulmen-, Lärchen, Ahorn-, Platanen- and Haselweg, with hook-ups for electricity, gas, fresh and grey water.

- Entry to Grubhof’s spa area Wellness-Alm for guests aged 15+
(different saunas, steam bath, UV- and infrared cabins, relaxation zone)

Winter camping made comfortable:
- Frost-proof water & drainage hook-ups
- Free half-hourly ski bus connection to ski resort Almenwelt Lofer directly from the Grubhof
- € 1.70 compulsory local tax per adult (15 years +) per night
- Electricty 90 Cent per kWh and gas €9 per night
(If an electricity meter is faulty or if a pitch is not equipped with one, a flat rate of € 6.00 per day will be charged.)

For the pitches, this varies from €150 per started week to 50% of the total price of your stay in July/August.
