In summer, our guests at Grubhof receive the Salzburger Saalachtal Card for free! For guests in the Almdorf and rooms valid from May to October and camping only July & August. Outside these times, the card cannot be purchased separately. (Please observe validity period*)

- Free daily use of the cable cars to the Almenwelt Lofer*
Free, once-a-day use of both the Almbahn 1 & 2 cable cars to the Almenwelt Lofer
The 8-seater Almbahn 1 takes you from the town centre at 630 metres above sea level to the Loderbichl restaurant at 1000 m, the starting point of the adventure trail "Auf die Alm". Continue upwards with the 6-seater Almbahn II, directly into the Almenwelt Lofer at 1400 m, where you can enjoy a glorious panoramic view. Adventure trail "Auf die Alm" to the Roter Marmorsee lake. - Free entry to the outdoor pool in Lofer

Validity period
The free Salzburger Saalachtal Card is available to guests in the following periods:
- Camping guests: 01.07. till 31.08.
- Guests in the alpine lodges and rooms: from May till October
The Saalachtal Card is not available for purchase outside these times.
Alternatively, you can buy the Salzburger Land Card for 6 or 12 days.
