Bookings for lodges/cabins can only be accepted for a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
For rooms, camping huts and pitches there is no minimum length of stay. Reservations can be accepted for one night, depending on availability. In cases of limited availability, we reserve the right to refuse bookings. With the exception of the Alpine Lodges, arrival and departure days can be chosen freely.
Where possible, we will endeavor to fulfill requests for particular pitches. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee pitch numbers and for technical reasons, the site management reserves the right to change pitches even after receipt of deposit or booking confirmation. The confirmed pitch category will remain unchanged.
Telephone enquiries are not binding and require written confirmation. Additional agreements of any nature are only contractually binding if confirmed by us in writing.
Bookings can be made in person at the reception, in writing, by email or by phone. After booking, a written confirmation will be sent together with a deposit charge. The booking is only valid after receipt of deposit. Bookings can only be made by and only accepted for guests who will occupy the accommodation or pitches for the reserved period.
The amount depends on the type of accommodation / pitch and length of stay and will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment of the deposit can take the form of a charge-free bank transfer or in cash (€), and must be made within 10 days of receiving written confirmation. Receipt of the deposit will be confirmed by us by e-mail. Upon receipt of the deposit the booking is binding for both parties. The entire deposit sum will be deducted from the final bill.

The booked arrival and departure dates are binding for both parties. The reserved pitch is available from 12.00 noon, rented accommodation from 2.00 pm. Arrival may be earlier subject to availability and if agreed in advance with the reception. If for any reason arrival will be later than 8.00 pm, you are obliged to contact us. If no notification is made, the pitch / accommodation will be kept only until 12:00 noon the following day and then resold.
Upon departure, pitches must be vacated by 12.00 noon, rented accommodation by 10.00 am, unless agreed otherwise with the site management. Departures after 5:00 pm will be charged as an additional night.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. due to bad weather etc.). Fees still apply and will be charged for unused days. Likewise, pitches or rented accommodation that are vacated prematurely may be resold.
Bookings can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will only be accepted in writing, preferably by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of cancellation receipt is decisive.
Many things can happen between the time of booking and arrival and a cancellation (must be in writing) is unpleasant for both parties. Therefore, we recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
2 months prior to arrival € 20,00 administration fee (3 months for Alpine Lodges)
1 month prior to arrival 40% of the booking price
1 week prior to arrival 70% of the booking price
For cancellations within the last week prior to arrival, the charge will be 90% of the booking price.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance !
